两种PD-1抑制剂治疗局部晚期或转移性胃癌的疗效和安全性分析OA

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of sintilimab and tislelizumab in the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma in a real-world setting.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of patients with locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma who received sintilimab or tislelizumab at our hospital from November 2020 to June 2023.The patients were divided into a sintilimab group and a tislelizumab group.Survi val curves were plotted using the Kaplan-Meier method with log-rank test,and prognostic factors affecting overall survival(OS)and progression-free survival(PFS were analyzed by the Cox proportional hazards model.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in PFS(HR=0.871,95%CI:0.572-1.341,P=0.512)and OS(HR=1.092,95%CI:0.721-1.642,P=0.661)between the sintilimab group and the tislelizumab group.Patients with an earlier clinical stage(HR=1.772,95%CI:1.014-3.096,P=0.045)achieved better PFS benefit.Patients with a lower ECOG score(HR=2.494,95%CI:1.442-4.314,P=0.001)and no peritoneal metastasis(HR=2.468,95%CI:1.316-4.626,P=0.005)had better OS benefit.Conclusions:Sintilimab and tislelizumab show significant overall efficacy and manageable safety in the treatment of pa-tients with locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.
