MSS/pMMR大肠癌的免疫联合治疗研究进展OA
Research progress on immune combination therapy for MSS/pMMR advanced colorectal cancer
近年来,免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)在许多恶性实体肿瘤治疗中迅猛发展,作为全球第三大恶性肿瘤的大肠癌(CRC),ICIs仅对占比5%左右的微卫星高度不稳定/错配修复缺失型(MSI-H/dMMR)转移性结直肠癌(mCRC)表现出良好的治疗效果,而占绝大多数的微卫星稳定/错配修复完整(MSS/pMMR)型进展期CRC患者,几乎不能从ICIs单药治疗中获益.因此,如何提高MSS/pMMR晚期肠癌ICIs治疗的效果,成为当前的研究热点.本文就ICIs在MSS/pMMR型CRC治疗的联合模式、可能机制及已取得的进展进行综述.
In recent years,immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have developed rapidly in the treatment of many malignant solid tumors.Studies show that colorectal cancer(CRC),the third most common malignant tumor globally,yields favorable therapeutic responses to ICIs only in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC)with microsatellite instability-high/deficient mismatch repair(MSI-H/dMMR),which ac-counts for only about 5%of cases.In contrast,the vast majority of patients with advanced CRC with microsatellite stability/mismatch repair pro-ficiency(MSS/pMMR)can hardly benefit from single-agent ICI therapy.Therefore,how to improve the efficacy of ICIs in the treatment of ad-vanced MSS/pMMR colorectal cancer has become a current research hotspot.This article reviews the combination modes,potential mechanisms and existing progress of ICIs in the treatment of MSS/pMMR CRC.
