为提升连作黄瓜植株长势、产量及品质,缓解黄瓜连作障碍,促进设施农业健康发展,以黄瓜品种德尔12为试材,研究防病促生型复合微生物菌剂、巧龙促生菌剂、民盈溢德丰微生物菌剂对连作生长、品质和产量的影响.结果表明,3种微生物菌剂均能促进黄瓜植株生长,提高产量和品质,其中防病促生型复合微生物菌剂效果最好,壮苗指数、总根长、根总面积、根总体积、根冠比分别较清水对照提高12.5%、46.99%、81.41%、63.24%、22.22%,果实水分、维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物含量分别较对照提高0.24%、13.42%、7.37%、7.19%,对黄瓜枯萎病、霜霉病、白粉病的防效分别为82.37%、32.01%、28.87%,经济产量最高,为189 565.80 kg/hm2,较清水对照增产12.50%.综上所述,3种微生物菌剂均能促进黄瓜生长,提高果实水分、维生素C、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物含量及经济产量,其中以防病促生型复合微生物菌剂表现最优,可在生产实践中优先考虑施用.

To enhance the growth,yield and quality of continuous cropping cucumber plants,alleviate the continuous cropping obstacles of cucumbers and promote the healthy development of facility agriculture,Deler 12 was used as the test material to study the effects of three microbial agents,namely the disease-preventing and growth-promoting compound microbial agent,Qiaolong growth-promoting microbial agent and Minyingyidefeng microbial agent,on the growth,quality and yield of continuous cropping cucumbers.Results showed that all 3 microbial agents could promote the growth of cucumber plants,increase yield and quality.Among them,the disease-preventing and growth-promoting compound microbial agent had the best effect.The seedling vigor index,total root length,to-tal root area,total root volume and root-shoot ratio were increased by 12.5%,46.99%,81.41%,63.24%and 22.22%,respectively com-pared with the water control.The water content,vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble solids of the fruit were increased by 0.24%,13.42%,7.37%and 7.19%,respectively compared with the control.The control effects on cucumber fusarium wilt,downy mildew and powdery mildew were 82.37%,32.01%and 28.87%,respectively.The highest economic yield was 189 565.80 kg/ha,representing a 12.50%increase compared with the water control.In conclusion,all 3 microbial agents could promote the growth of cucumbers and in-creased fruit water content,vitamin C content,soluble sugar content,soluble solid content,and economic yield,with the disease-pre-venting and growth-promoting compound microbial agent showing the best performance which could be preferentially considered for application in production practice.
