辣椒新品种吉祥101选育报告OA

To breed a new pepper variety with high yield,superior early maturity,and strong resistance,Gansu Lvxing Agricul-tural Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.developed the fresh-market F1 hybrid pepper variety Jixiang 101 using the inbred line P1209 as the female parent and the inbred line P1262 as the male parent.In the regional experiment of new pepper varieties conducted in Gansu Province from 2016 to 2017,the average equivalent yield of Jixiang 101 across 10 sites over 2 a was 78 029 kg/ha.Using Longjiao 2 as the control variety,Jixiang 101 showed a yield increase of 36.30%,with an extremely significant difference.In the pro-duction experiments of new pepper varieties conducted in Gansu Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2016 to 2017,the average equivalent yield of Jixiang 101 across 10 sites over 2 a was 80 513 kg/ha,representing a 36.05%increase compared with the control variety Longjiao 2.Jixiang 101 is an early-maturing variety,with a plant height of 85 to 90 cm and a plant spread of 60 cm.The fruit is horn-shaped,with a few wrinkles at the base,and the marketable fruit is green.The fruit length is 28 to 30 cm,the fruit di-ameter is 4.0 to 4.5 cm,the flesh thickness is 3.5 to 4.0 mm,the single-fruit weight is 100 to 120 g,the maximum single-fruit weight is 150 g,and the number of fruits per plant is about 15,indicating good yield potential.The green mature fruit contains 72.8 g/kg dry matter,858.0 mg/kg vitamin C,28.5 mg/kg capsaicin,12.0 g/kg crude fiber,and 30.0 mg/kg soluble sugar.Jixiang 101 shows moder-ate resistance to tobacco mosaic virus(TMV),cucumber mosaic virus(CMV),bacterial blight,and anthracnose.It is suitable for early-spring protected cultivation in Lanzhou City,Liangzhou District of Wuwei City,Ganzhou District of Zhangye City,Baiyin City,and Gangu County of Tianshui City in Gansu Province,as well as early-spring open-field cultivation in Yanqi Hui Autonomous County and Bohu County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
