眼科临床中干眼症的综合治疗与生活质量改善研究OA

Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive therapy on clinical efficacy,visual function indices and quality of life in patients with dry eye disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with dry eye disease who attended the Outpatient Department of Wuzhou GongRen Hospital from January 2023 to February 2025 were enrolled.They were divided into a comprehensive treatment group and a conventional treatment group using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,visual function,quality of life,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the comprehensive treatment group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group(80.00%;χ2=10.284,P<0.05).After treatment,Schirmer I test results and tear film breakup time were significantly higher than those before treatment in both groups,with significantly higher values in the comprehensive treatment group than in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,fluorescein staining scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups,with significantly lower scores in the comprehensive treatment group than in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Additionally,the vision-related quality of life scores increased in both groups after treatment and were higher in the comprehensive treatment group(P<0.05).The Ocular Surface Disease Index scores of the two groups declined after treatment,and the comprehensive treatment group had lower scores(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive treatment for dry eye disease can effectively enhance clinical efficacy,improve visual function,and enhance patients'quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
