中药贴敷消瘿散结膏治疗良性非毒性甲状腺结节临床观察OA
Chinese Medicine Application of Xiaoying Sanjie Ointment in the Treatment of Benign Non-toxic Thyroid Nodules
目的 观察良性非毒性甲状腺结节患者采取中药贴敷消瘿散结膏治疗的效果.方法 将2024年1月—2024年4月遵义市中医院收治的50例符合良性非毒性甲状腺结节的患者随机分为治疗组(予消瘿散结膏贴敷治疗)和对照组(予安慰剂治疗),各25例.比较干预12周后2组结节大小、个数、性质的变化.结果 治疗后,治疗组结节较治疗前显著缩小,而对照组治疗前后结节大小比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组间最大结节直径差值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).治疗组治疗后恶变危险度积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后恶变危险度积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组恶变危险度积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 中药贴敷消瘿散结膏治疗良性非毒性甲状腺结节能使甲状腺结节变小、减少个数及降低恶变风险.
Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine application of Xiaoying Sanjie ointment in the treatment of benign non-toxic thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 50 patients with benign non-toxic thyroid nodules admitted to Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to April 2024 were randomly divided into a treatment group(treated with Xiaoying Sanjie ointment application)and a control group(treated with placebo),with 25 cases in each group.Changes in the size,number and nature of thyroid nodules were compared between the two groups after 12 weeks of intervention.Results After treatment,the nodules in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,while there was no statistically significant difference in nodule size before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).The difference in the maximum nodule diameter between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the malignant risk score in the treatment group was obviously decreased(P<0.01),whereas no significant change was observed in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Moreover,the malignant risk score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese medicine application of Xiaoying Sanjie ointment could reduce the size and number of thyroid nodules and decrease the malignant transformation risk in the treatment of benign non-toxic thyroid nodules.
