基于心主神明理论探析慢性心力衰竭伴失眠的诊疗思路OA

Chronic heart failure accompanied with insomnia is a common clinical condition,which falls within the category of"psycho-cardiological disease"in modern medicine and significantly affects the quality of life and prognosis of patients.The Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of"heart governing spirit"holds that the heart not only governs blood and vessels,but also dominates mental consciousness and sleep activities.Based on the TCM theory of"heart governing spirit",this paper systematically analyzed the pathological mechanism underlying the imbalance of"heart-spirit-sleep"in patients with chronic heart failure,aiming to provide diagnostic and therapeutic strategies as well as theoretical evidence for the TCM in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with insomnia.
