基于久病入络探讨补阳还五汤治疗肺纤维化思路OA

Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic and progressive interstitial lung disease,clinically characterized by irritating dry cough and progressive dyspnea.It falls into the category of"lung collateral disease"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The root cause is deficiency of lung collaterals,while the superficial manifestation is pathogenic obstruction of collaterals.The disease course is recurrent,protracted and difficult to cure,conforming to the theory of TCM that"chronic illness enters the collaterals"."Collaterals function by unobstructed circulation"is a commonly used method for treating collateral diseases clinically proposed by Ye Tianshi in Linzheng Zhinan Yi'an.Buyang Huanwu decoction is a representative prescription for benefiting qi,activating blood circulation,and unblocking collaterals,which is widely applied in clinical practice with favorable efficacy,and has functions to reinforce qi and tonify lung collaterals,activate blood circulation to resolve stagnation,and unblock lung collaterals.
