橘皮竹茹汤联合浮针治疗乳腺癌患者化疗相关消化道反应临床疗效OA

Objective To observe the efficacy of Jupi Zhuru decoction combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling in treating chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal reactions in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with breast cancer who were hospitalized in Department of Oncology at The Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine and received chemotherapy between October 2024 and August 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 patients in each group.Both groups received a triple antiemetic regimen prior to chemotherapy.The treatment group additionally received Jupi Zhuru decoction combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling for 21-26 days.Results The incidence of delayed-phase nausea and vomiting in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of motilin,CD3+,and CD4+in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,while levels of gastrin and CD8+in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Improvements in vomiting-related quality of life(FLIE)scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were also more pronounced(P<0.05).Conclusion Jupi Zhuru decoction combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling effectively alleviated chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal reactions,regulated gastrointestinal hormones and immune function,and improved quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
