基于网络药理学探讨养正散结饮治疗B细胞型非霍奇金淋巴瘤机制OA
Mechanism of Yangzheng Sanjie Drink in the Treatment of B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Based on Network Pharmacology
目的 基于网络药理学分析养正散结饮治疗B细胞型非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas,B-NHL)的机制.方法 通过TCMSP数据库及Gencards等数据库获取方药及疾病的化学成分及靶点;通过Venn在线平台获取方药与疾病相关靶点的交集;通过String数据库构建PPI网络;通过David数据库分析生物过程和通路;通过Autodock和PyMOL软件进行分子对接验证.结果 养正散结饮治疗B-NHL的核心活性成分为槲皮素、木犀草素等,核心靶点有AKT1、TP53等.结论 养正散结饮对B-NHL具有潜在治疗价值,其核心活性成分多具备抗肿瘤、免疫调节的潜能.
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Yangzheng Sanjie drink in treating B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas(B-NHL)Based on Network Pharmacology.Methods The chemical components and targets of the prescription and the disease were obtained from databases including TCMSP and GenCards.The overlapping targets between the prescription and the disease were acquired via the Venn online platform.A PPI network was constructed using the STRING database.Biological processes and pathways were analyzed with the DAVID database.Molecular docking validation was performed using Autodock and PyMOL software.Results The core active components of Yangzheng Sanjie drink in the treatment of B-NHL were quercetin,luteolin,etc.,and the core targets include AKT1,TP53,etc.Conclusion Yangzheng Sanjie drink had potential therapeutic value against B-NHL,and most of its core active components possessed anti-tumor and immunomodulatory potential.
