从湿瘀虚阻滞探讨紫癜性肾炎的病因病机OA

This paper deeply and systematically explored the etiology and pathogenesis of Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)from the perspective of dampness,blood stasis and deficiency obstruction.It elaborated on the specific roles of accumulated dampness pathogen,blood stasis obstruction and healthy qi deficiency in the occurrence and development of the disease,as well as their complex interrelationships.By closely integrating classic theories of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and referring to modern research findings,this study aimed to build a solid theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HSPN with TCM,so as to more effectively guide clinical practice,improve the prevention and treatment level of this disease,and promote the therapeutic effect of TCM in this field.
