浮针疗法联合髌骨肌内效贴治疗髌骨软骨软化症临床观察OA
Fu's Subcutaneous Needling Combined with Patellar Kinesio Taping in the Treatment of Chondromalacia Patellae
目的 探究浮针与肌内效贴配合应用于髌骨软化症的临床疗效.方法 选取2024年6月—2025年6月在太和县中医院就诊的髌骨软骨软化症患者80例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,各40例.对照组予以肌内效贴,治疗组在对照组基础上予以浮针治疗.观察2组治疗前后、治疗后2个月随访时疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Kujala髌股关节评分(KPST)、Lysholm膝关节评分(LKSS)的变化.结果 2组治疗后及随访时VAS、LKSS、KPST评分均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 浮针联合肌贴疗法能够有效缓解髌骨软骨软化症患者的疼痛和改善膝关节功能.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with patellar Kinesio taping in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae.Methods Eighty patients with patellar chondromalacia treated at Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received Kinesio taping,while the treatment group received Fu's subcutaneous needling on the basis of the control group.Changes in visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Kujala patellofemoral score(KPST),and Lysholm knee score(LKSS)were observed before and after treatment,as well as at the 2-month follow-up after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment and at follow-up,the VAS,LKSS and KPST scores in both groups showed significant improvements compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fu's subcutaneous needling combined with Kinesio taping can effectively relieve pain and improve knee joint function in patients with patellar chondromalacia.
