自拟腰痹祛痛方联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病临床观察OA
Self-made Yaobi Qutong Prescription Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Radiculopathy
目的 对比自拟腰痹祛痛方联合针刺与普通针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病的疗效.方法 纳入2024年6月—2025年3月在寿光市中医医院推拿科就诊的60例腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组采用自拟腰痹祛痛方联合针刺治疗,对照组仅接受普通针刺治疗,比较2组疗效指标.结果 治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05).结论 自拟腰痹祛痛方联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病的效果显著,具有较高的临床推广价值.
Objective To compare the efficacy of self-made Yaobi Qutong prescription combined with acupuncture versus conventional acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with radiculopathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation with radiculopathy who were treated in Department of Tuina of Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2024 to March 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received self-made Yaobi Qutong prescription combined with acupuncture,while the control group received conventional acupuncture only.The efficacy indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic regimen of self-made Yaobi Qutong prescription combined with acupuncture was significantly effective and had high clinical promotion value.
