同仁大活络丸干预风寒湿痹阻型痹证临床研究OA

Objective To investigate the comprehensive efficacy and safety of Tongren Dahuoluo pills in the treatment of bi syndrome due to wind-cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods A self-controlled before-and-after design was adopted.A total of 150 patients with bi syndrome due to wind-cold-dampness obstruction type who were treated at Beijing Tongrentang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2024 to December 2024 were enrolled,and all received oral Tongren Dahuoluo pills for 30 days.Before and after treatment,symptoms and signs were evaluated using the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scale,visual analogue scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),and neck disability index(NDI).Safety indicators and adverse reactions were monitored.Results A total of 136 cases were included in the statistical analysis(14 cases dropped out).Compared with before treatment,TCM syndromes including joint pain,limited motion,swelling,and pain severity were significantly improved(P<0.001).Knee joint function and neck-shoulder mobility were also significantly enhanced(P<0.001).The total effective rate was 95.6%.No serious adverse reactions occurred during treatment,and no obvious abnormalities were found in safety indicators.Conclusion Tongren Dahuoluo pills had favorable efficacy in the treatment of bi syndrome due to wind-cold-dampness obstruction,could effectively improve patients'symptoms,and showed good safety.
