半夏泻心汤治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良的网络药理学研究OA

Objective To explore the potential mechanism and targets of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with liver depression and spleen deficiency type by Network Pharmacology.Methods The active components and targets of Banxia Xiexin decoction were screened from TCMSP and PubChem databases,and FD-related disease targets were obtained from GeneCards.The common targets were obtained by mapping using Venny 2.1.0.The"component-target-disease"network was constructed by Cytoscape,and GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed by Metascape.Results A total of 1014 potential targets were obtained.The core active components included Ephedrine,Berberine,Baicalin,Baicalein,etc.There were 500 disease targets and 151 intersection targets between disease and medicine.Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction may exert synergistic effects of anti-inflammation,promoting gastrointestinal motility and mucosal repair by regulating multiple pathways such as insulin-like growth factor(IGF),fibroblast growth factor receptor(FGFR),outer mitochondrial membrane,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)and key target proteins including interleukin(IL)-6,B-cell lymphoma-2(BCL2),signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),and hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF1A).
