Analysis and Treatment for Leakage of High Pressure Evaporator of HRSG
某燃气轮机电厂余热锅炉高压蒸发器曾多次发生泄漏故障.为查明根本原因,对泄漏管材进行了金相分析,并结合系统设计及运行方式进行了综合评估.结果表明:高压蒸发器的泄漏主要由多因素共同作用引发的腐蚀疲劳所致.针对该失效机理,采取了一系列针对性的改进措施,最终有效解决了泄漏问题.该案例对同类设备的故障诊断具有一定的参考意义.
In a gas turbine power plant,the high pressure evaporator of a heat recovery steam generator(HRSG)experienced multiple leakage failures.To identify the root cause,metallographic analysis was performed on the leaked tubes,and a comprehensive assessment was carried out in combination with the system design and operating conditions.The results indicate that the leakage of the high pressure evaporator was primarily caused by corrosion fa-tigue resulting from the combined effects of multiple factors.Based on this failure mecha-nism,a series of targeted improvement measures were implemented,which ultimately resolved the leakage problem.This case provides a useful reference for the fault diagnosis of similar equipment.
