To enhance the overall energy efficiency and flexible deep peak-shaving capacity of coal-fired power units while extending their service life,a comprehensive study on energy-saving retrofitting technologies for an imported 660 MW subcritical unit is conducted.It focuses on elaborating the selection of technical pathways and parameters for steam temperature and efficiency enhancement,as well as the redesign and optimization of boiler heating surface layouts and safety assessment of steel structures,aiming to achieve energy conservation and efficiency improvements of the unit.This initiative holds significant social and economic benefits.
