循环流化床锅炉深度调峰过程能效评价方法研究OA
Research on Energy Efficiency Evaluation Method for Deep Peak Regulation Process of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
不同机组的锅炉效率值之间存在较大差异,调峰过程中随负荷的变化规律也因机组而异,对调峰过程进行能效评价是机组对标和运行优化的前提.分析了变负荷过程锅炉能效特性,通常情况下,随着机组负荷的降低,锅炉效率呈现下降趋势,在机组负荷低于50%额定负荷后,锅炉效率下降趋势更为明显;但在低负荷条件下,通过改造和运行优化,锅炉效率也可大幅提升.基于准稳态理念,提出了根据负荷率和运行时长加权的平均能效计算方法.首先,应进行不宜少于30%、50%、75%和100%负荷4个工况的性能试验,获得效率曲线.其次,对调峰过程负荷变化曲线进行尽可能细的分割,各负荷区间相应的锅炉效率可由热工性能试验直接获得,也可通过拟合的效率曲线确定.最后,根据负荷率及运行时长占比,计算加权平均的稳态锅炉效率,也可进一步引入与负荷动态变化过程相关的效率修正.若效率随负荷变化明显,采用该方法可较为方便地实现深度调峰过程能效的准确评价,为深度调峰锅炉运行优化提供参考依据.
There are significant differences in boiler efficiency values among different units,and the variation tendency with load during peak regulation also varies among units.Energy efficiency evaluation of peak regulation process is a prerequisite for unit benchmarking and operation optimization.The energy efficiency characteristics of boilers during variable load processes were analyzed.Generally,as the unit load decreases,the boiler efficiency shows a downward trend.When the unit load is below 50%of the rated load,the downward trend of boiler efficiency becomes more pronounced.But under low load conditions,boiler efficiency can also be significantly improved through retrofitting and operational optimization.Based on the quasi-steady-state concept,a weighted average energy efficiency calculation method ac-cording to load rate and operating duration was proposed.Firstly,performance tests should be conducted under no fewer than 4 operating conditions at 30%,50%,75%,and 100%load to obtain efficiency curves.Secondly,the load variation curve during peak regulation process should be segmented as finely as possible,and the boiler efficiency corresponding to each load interval can be directly obtained from thermal performance tests or determined through fitted efficiency curves.Finally,based on the load rate and the proportion of operating duration,the weighted average steady-state boiler efficiency can be calculated,and efficiency correc-tions related to dynamic load changes can also be further introduced.If the efficiency changes significantly with load,using this method can easily achieve accurate evaluation of energy ef-ficiency in deep peak regulation processes,providing a reference for operation optimization of boilers duringdeep peak regulation.
