煤粉锅炉主蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度偏低数值诊断及对策OA
Numerical Diagnosis and Countermeasures for Low Main and Reheat Steam Temperatures in a Pulverized Coal Boiler
针对某电厂煤粉锅炉出现的主蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度偏低的问题,采用炉膛燃烧模拟与热力计算相结合的方法,研究了省煤器面积、火焰中心高度和煤种对温度偏低的影响,结果表明:火焰中心高度的改变是造成主蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度偏低的主要原因.通过对比燃烧器上摆、增加炉膛覆盖绝热层面积和增加再热器面积等几种技术措施的效果,确定一次风上摆2°结合增加低温再热器面积为最优方案,该方案已被电厂采纳实施.
To address the issue of low main and reheat steam temperatures in a pulverized coal boiler at a power plant,a combined method of furnace combustion simulation and thermal calculation was employed to study the influences of economizer surface area,flame center height,and coal type on the temperature reduction.Results showed that the change in flame center height was the primary cause of the low main and reheat steam temperatures.By comparing the effects of several technical measures,such as burner upward tilting,increasing the area of furnace refractory coating,and increasing the area of the reheater,it was determined that the optimal solution is to combine a 2°upward tilt of the primary air with an increase in the low-temperature reheater area.This solution has been adopted and implemented by the power plant.
