为研究燃气轮机掺氢对余热锅炉性能的影响,以9F等级燃气轮机在不同掺氢比例条件下余热锅炉出口参数为对象进行研究,分析燃气轮机排气温度、流量以及水分含量的变化对余热锅炉输出热量以及热效率的作用规律.结果表明:燃气轮机掺氢后其排气温度和排气流量降低,水分含量上升,排气温度和排气流量降低会导致余热锅炉输出热量降低,水分含量升高会使余热锅炉输出热量增加;温度降低及水分含量上升均使余热锅炉热效率下降,而流量降低余热锅炉热效率升高.综合所有因素,燃气轮机掺氢会使余热锅炉整体热效率下降,15 ℃环境温度条件下,下降0.93%(30%的氢气掺混)、1.24%(100%氢气).

To study the effect of hydrogen blending in gas turbines on the performance of the heat recovery steam generator(HRSG),the outlet parameters of a 9F-class gas turbine under different hydrogen blending ratios are taken as the research subjects.The influence of changes in gas turbine exhaust temperature,flow rate,and moisture content on the HRSG output heat and thermal efficiency are analyzed.The results show that hydrogen blending leads to a decrease in exhaust temperature and flow rate,and an increase in moisture content.The reduction in exhaust temperature and flow rate results in a decrease in HRSG output power,while the increase in moisture content leads to an increase in HRSG output power.The decrease in temperature and the increase in moisture content both reduce the thermal efficiency of the HRSG,whereas the reduction in flow rate increases it.Considering all factors,hydrogen blending in gas turbines reduces the overall thermal efficiency of the HRSG.Under a reference condition of 15 ℃,the efficiency decreases by 0.93%(with 30%hydrogen blending)and 1.24%(with 100%hydrogen).
