变负荷工况下燃煤耦合生物质燃烧及污染物排放规律研究OA

随着全球能源结构的转型,燃煤耦合生物质燃烧已成为降低碳减排和减少环境污染的重要途经.此外,随着风力、光伏发电的占比不断提高,电网对灵活负荷的需求逐渐增大,中低负荷运行成为发电机组调节供电的重要手段.研究变负荷工况下燃煤耦合生物质燃烧发电能够为发电机组减少碳排放及应对调峰响应做出贡献,更大限度地挖掘机组的低碳潜力.为实现在中低负荷工况下锅炉掺烧生物质稳定及安全运行,选用某350 MW锅炉作为研究对象,通过使用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,全面分析了负荷、掺混比例等对锅炉运行主要参数分布及污染物排放的影响规律,并针对50%负荷下掺烧50%生物质工况,研究了过量空气系数、主燃区配风比及生物质掺混方式对锅炉运行的影响机制.掺烧生物质能够有效降低锅炉运行的氮氧化物排放,在锅炉中低负荷运行时,通过适当提高过量空气系数,调节配风比例以及优化送粉方式,能够有效提高燃烧效率并减少污染物排放,对电站锅炉中低负荷安全稳定运行提供指导意见.

With the transformation of the global energy structure,coal co-firing with biomass has become an important approach to reducing carbon emissions and mitigating environmental pollution.Moreover,as the shares of wind and photovoltaic power generation continue to increase,the demand for flexible load regulation in power grids grows,making medium-and low-load operation be an important means for generating units to adjust power supply.Studying coal co-firing with biomass for power generation under variable load conditions can help reduce carbon emissions and meet peak-shaving requirements,thereby further unlocking the low-carbon potential of the units.To achieve stable and safe operation of boilers co-firing biomass under medium-and low-load conditions,a 350 MW boiler is selected as the research object.Numerical simulations are conducted using Fluent software to comprehensively analyze the effects of load,co-firing ratio,etc.,on the distribution of key boiler operating parameters and pollutant emissions.Furthermore,for the condition of 50%load with 50%biomass co-firing,the influence mechanisms of excess air ratio,air distribution ratio at the main combustion zone,and biomass blending mode on boiler operation are investigated.Co-firing biomass can effectively reduce NOx emissions from boiler operation.Under medium-and low-load conditions,appropriately increasing the excess air ratio,adjusting the air distribution ratio,and optimizing the fuel feeding mode can effectively improve combustion efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions,which provides guidance for the safe and stable operation of utility boilers under medium-and low-load conditions.
