产教融合赋能三链驱动专业硕士实践教学模式探究OA
针对应用型高校专业硕士培养中实践教学目标与产业需求衔接不紧、科研训练与工程场景割裂、课程思政与创新创业教育融合不深和实践能力评价重结果轻过程等问题,该文以农业工程与信息技术专业硕士研究生培养为对象,构建"产业需求链-实践任务链-能力成长链"三链耦合实践教学模式,提出由工程实践力、科研创新力、职业发展力和价值引领力构成的四维综合评价体系,形成"问题导入—项目研训—场景验证—成果转化—评价反馈"的闭环培养路径.研究表明,该模式能够促进专业硕士研究生从知识接受者向工程问题解决者、技术创新参与者和产业发展服务者转变,为应用型高校推进专业学位研究生实践教学改革提供理论框架和路径参考.
In response to the problems of inadequate connection between practical teaching objectives and industry demands,disconnection between scientific research training and engineering scenarios,insufficient integration of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied universities,and a focus on results over process evaluation of practical abilities,this study focuses on the training of master's students in agricultural engineering and information technology,and constructs a practical teaching model that couples the three chains of"industrial demand chain,practical task chain,and capability growth chain",and propose a four-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system consisting of engineering practice ability,scientific research innovation ability,career development ability,and value guidance ability to form a closed-loop training path of"problem introduction project training scenario verification achievement transformation evaluation feedback".Research has shown that this model can promote the transformation of professional master's students from knowledge receivers to engineering problem solvers,technological innovation participants,and industry development service providers,providing a theoretical framework and path reference for applied universities to promote practical teaching reform for professional degree graduate students.
