一流本科专业建设与TedQual认证双轮驱动的旅游人才培养研究OA

The"Double Ten Thousand Plan"for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors initiated by the Ministry of Education and the international professional certification TedQual are of great significance in enhancing the educational level of tourism management majors.Based on an analysis of the current state of first-class tourism management major construction and international professional certification,combined with the construction standards for first-class undergraduate majors and evaluation criteria for international professional certification,new ideas for innovative talent cultivation are proposed,including a student-centered concept,precise major orientation and characteristics,and a comprehensive talent cultivation system.Taking the tourism management program construction at Zhejiang International Studies University as an example,the article constructs a dual-drive path for tourism talent cultivation that is demand-oriented,discipline-supported,value-led,directed towards internationalization and digitalization of students,and driven by continuous improvement.
