A comprehensive evaluation and selection methodology for gas field development projects

以四川盆地气田为研究对象,旨在构建早期气区综合评价与项目优选体系,为天然气行业的高质量及可持续发展提供科学的决策依据.从气田新增项目的技术与经济指标特征分析入手,在对数据进行归一化和标准化处理后,运用层次分析法与专家评分法确定各指标的权重,构建起一套气田开发方案综合评价体系.在此基础上,将新增项目的开发时序作为决策变量,同时综合考量技术、经济、可持续性三大方面的约束,形成针对不同开发目标组合的优化模型,经量化求解形成项目优选方案.

This paper focuses on the gas fields in the Sichuan Basin and aims to establish a comprehensive evaluation and project selection prioritization system for early-development gas plays in order to provide a more scientific decision-making basis for the high-quality and sustainable development of the natural gas industry.It begins with an analysis of the characteristics of the technical and economic indicators of new gas field projects,determines indicator weights using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and expert scoring after data normalization and standardization,establishes a comprehensive evaluation framework for gas field development schemes.And then it takes the development sequencing of new projects as the decision variable,comprehensively considers constraints from technical,economic,and sustainability,formulates optimization models tailored to different development objectives,and develops an optimal project selection scheme by quantitative solution methods.
