绿色低碳背景下中国船舶加注产业发展现状及潜力分析OACHSSCD
The development status and growth potential of China's marine bunkering industry in the context of green and low-carbon transition
为加快全球航运业绿色低碳转型进程,低碳和零碳船用燃料的选择和应用成为关键,进而影响全球船舶加注产业的布局和发展.通过对全球船舶加注产业现状梳理分析,结合船用燃料政策、应用特点和发展趋势,研判中国船用燃料的加注格局和需求空间.中国船舶加注产业将遵循"分阶段、多元化、减排放"的发展趋势,逐渐形成长三角综合型加注中心、珠三角外贸型加注中心和环渤海资源型加注中心;2030年、2040年和2050年中国船舶加注规模有望分别达到2800万吨、3400万吨和4200万吨,其中液化天然气、生物燃料、甲醇等燃料加注规模有望快速增长,绿色甲醇、绿氨、绿氢等燃料中远期具有较大增长空间.
To accelerate the global shipping industry's green and low-carbon transition,the selection and application of low-carbon and zero-carbon marine fuels have become the critical factor,thereby influencing the global landscape and development of the bunkering market.Based on a systematic review of the current state of the global bunkering industry,combined with an analysis of marine fuel policies,application characteristics,and development trends,this paper assesses China's bunkering landscape and demand potential and gets such judgments as China's bunkering industry is expected to follow a development trajectory characterized by a"phased,diversified,and emission-reducing"approach,gradually evolving into an integrated bunkering hub in the Yangtze River Delta,a foreign-trade-focused bunkering hub in the Pearl River Delta,and a resource-based bunkering hub in the Bohai Rim region,China's total bunkering volume is projected to reach 28 million tons,34 million tons,and 42 million tons by 2030,2040,and 2050 respectively,the volumes of LNG,biofuels,and methanol are expected to grow rapidly,while green methanol,green ammonia,green hydrogen,and other green fuels are anticipated to exhibit significant growth potential in the medium to long term.
