基于多目标优化的石羊河流域农业种植结构优化OA
Multi-objective optimization of agricultural planting structure based on water footprint in the Shiyang River Basin
[目的]基于多目标优化算法优化石羊河流域农业种植结构.[方法]基于水足迹理论与方法,分析2000-2024年石羊河流域民勤县、古浪县、凉州区、金川区、金昌县 5县(区)3 种典型作物小麦、玉米、蔬菜的蓝水、绿水足迹,并以此为基础结合经济效益与生态效益,使用 NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法对模型进行求解,提出石羊河流域 5县(区)农业种植优化方案.[结果]①凉州区玉米水足迹占比最大,水足迹占典型作物水足迹的 46.61%.其中凉州区蔬菜蓝水足迹占总水足迹的 39.67%.金川区典型作物水足迹最小,绿水足迹仅占典型作物水足迹的 0.31%;②Pareto 最优解蓝水足迹为 24.89亿m3,较基准节水 3.56 亿m3,经济效益达到 120.46亿元.[结论]玉米面积增至 128 320 hm2,小麦面积减至 57 220 hm2,蔬菜面积调减为 52 000 hm2 为石羊河流域最优种植结构,此时具有较低的蓝水足迹,且经济效益较高有利于石羊河流域水资源可持续发展.
[Objective]The Shiyang River Basin is a typical arid basin in Northwestern China that faces severe water scarcity and an unbalanced cropping structure.In this paper,we propose a multi-objective optimization method to optimize the regional agricultural planting structure.[Method]This study was based on water footprint theory to analyze the spatiotemporal changes in blue and green water footprints of three major crops(wheat,maize and vegetables)cultivated across five counties and districts in the basin from 2000 to 2024,including Minqin County,Gulang County,Liangzhou District,Jinchuan District,and Jinchang County.On this basis,a multi-objective optimization model considering both economic and ecological benefits was established to determine the optimal planting structure for the region.[Result]①Maize dominated the water footprint in Liangzhou District,accounting for 46.61%of the total water footprint of the three crops;the blue water footprint of vegetables accounted for 39.67%of the total crop water footprint.Among all studied regions,Jinchuan District had the lowest total crop water footprint,with its green water footprint accounting for only 0.31%of the total water footprint.②The Pareto-optimal planting structure yielded a total blue water footprint of 2.489 billion m3,saving 356 million m3 of water compared with the baseline scenario,while delivering an economic benefit of 12.046 billion CNY.[Conclusion]The Pareto-optimized planting structure is specified as follows:increasing the maize planting area to 128 320 hm2,reducing the wheat cultivated area to 57 220 hm2,and adjusting the vegetable planting area to 52 000 hm2.These changes can effectively reduce the regional blue water footprint and improve economic returns,facilitating the sustainable utilization of water resources in the basin.
