针对某中药包装企业多订单实时调度的优化问题,以最小化加工时长完成订单任务为目标,设计了一种自适应参数贪婪算法.该算法通过网格化选择的设备权重和工件权重参数,优先选择剩余净加工时长最长或剩余加工次数最多的设备与工件,并引入归一化方法统一量纲进行加权处理,从而实现优化排产.经企业应用验证,该算法实现了动态混合订单的实时快速调度,有效解决了企业动态优化排产问题.

Aiming at the real-time scheduling optimization problem of multiple orders in a traditional Chinese medicine packaging enterprise,an adaptive parameter greedy algorithm is designed to minimize the order processing time.Based on the grid selection of equipment weight and workpiece weight parameters,the algorithm preferentially selects equipment and workpieces with the longest remaining net processing time or the maximum remaining processing times.The normalization method is adopted to unify dimensions for weighted calculation,so as to realize optimized production scheduling.Verified by practical enterprise application,the algorithm can achieve rapid real-time scheduling of dynamic mixed orders and effectively solve the dynamic optimal production scheduling problems of the enterprise.
