针对虚拟仿真实验教学系统开发过程复杂、计算资源消耗高、人机交互体验不足等问题,本文以CA6140 型车床主轴为例,设计并开发了集参数化建模、预制体复用及交互式可视化于一体的车床主轴加工虚拟仿真实验教学系统.系统采用"数据层-逻辑层-应用层"三层架构,通过 Unity 引擎实现加工过程的多模态信息呈现与实时交互仿真,涵盖主轴加工的粗车、精车、热处理等关键工序.同时,结合基于加工机理的主轴参数化尺寸计算模型,实现了"工艺参数—加工仿真—加工结果"的动态闭环.实验结果表明,该系统能够显著提升操作者对车床主轴加工工艺的理解深度,为制造工艺的虚拟仿真实验教学系统开发提供有益借鉴.

To address the challenges of complex development processes,high computational resource consumption,and limited user interaction in virtual workshop systems,this study takes the CA6140 lathe spindle as an example and presents a virtual simulation experiment system for spindle machining,which integrates parametric modeling,prefab reuse,and interactive visualization to accommodate the multi-stage and multi-parameter characteristics of the machining process.The system adopts a three-layer architecture consisting of the data layer,logic layer,and application layer,and utilizes the Unity engine to achieve multimodal information presentation and real-time interactive simulation.Moreover,by incorporating a mechanism-based parametric dimensional model,the system establishes a dynamic closed loop linking process parameters,machining simulation,and dimensional results.The experimental results demonstrate that the system can significantly enhance the operator's understanding depth of the lathe spindle machining process,providing valuable insights and reference for the development of virtual simulation experimental teaching systems in manufacturing.
