甜糯玉米自交系配合力分析及育种应用OA
Combining Ability Analysis and Breeding Application of Inbred Lines in Sweet-waxy Maize
[目的]为提升甜糯玉米育种效率,精准评价亲本配合力并助力高效利用杂种优势.[方法]以5个糯玉米自交系为母本、5个甜糯双隐自交系为父本,通过NC Ⅱ设计配制25个杂交组合,分析其农艺性状的一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA),并结合遗传力分析筛选优良亲本及组合.[结果]自交系HNM05(株高GCA=26.45)和YN170(穗行数GCA=0.96)在关键性状上表现出显著正向GCA效应,可作为核心亲本利用.组合HNM05/YN170(株高SCA=18.56)和15YN02-1/YN169(单穗质量SCA=28.83)的杂种优势显著,具备高产潜力.遗传力分析显示,穗长(h2N=66%)、株高(h2N=59%)等性状遗传稳定性高,适合早代选择;而单穗质量(h2N=19%)、行粒数(h2N=25%)等性状受环境影响显著,需高代筛选.此外,组合HNM05/YN167('赣甜糯3号')已通过省级审定,验证了配合力分析的实践价值.[结论]甜糯玉米不同性状的配合力和遗传力差异显著,亲本筛选应兼顾GCA和SCA,穗长、株高等高遗传力性状宜早代选择,单穗质量、行粒数等低遗传力性状需高代筛选.
[Objective]To improve the breeding efficiency of sweet-waxy maize by accurately evaluating parental combining ability and efficiently utilizing heterosis.[Method]Five waxy maize inbred lines were used as female parents,and five double-recessive sweet-waxy inbred lines were used as male parents.Twenty-five hybrid combinations were constructed using the NC Ⅱ mating design.The general combining ability(GCA)and specific combining ability(SCA)of agronomic traits were systematically analyzed,and excellent parents and hybrid combinations were screened based on heritability analysis.[Result]The inbred lines HNM05(GCA for plant height=26.45),and YN170(GCA for ear row number=0.96)exhibited significant positive GCA effects for key traits and could be utilized as core parents.Hybrid combinations HNM05/YN170(SCA for plant height=18.56)and 15YN02-1/YN169(SCA for ear weight=28.83)demonstrated significant heterosis,indicating high yield potential.Heritability analysis revealed that traits such as ear length(h2N=66%)and plant height(h2N=59%)had high genetic stability,making them suitable for early-generation selection.In contrast,traits such as single ear weight(h2N=19%)and kernel number per row(h2N=25%)were significantly influenced by environmental factors,requiring advanced-generation screening.The hybrid combination HNM05/YN167,screened in this study and named'Gantiannuo No.3',has been approved at the provincial level.This validates the practical value of combining ability analysis.[Conclusion]Combining ability and heritability varied significantly among different traits of sweet-waxy maize.Parental screening should consider both GCA and SCA.Traits with high heritability,such as ear length and plant height,are suitable for early-generation selection,while traits with low heritability,such as single ear weight and kernel number per row,require advanced-generation selection.
