This article addresses the issue of conveying dust from dry coke quenching and conducts practical research on pneumatic conveying using positive pressure dense phase technology.It provides a detailed explanation of the working principle,technological process,and application of the positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system in the conveying of dry coke quenching dust.Through monitoring and analysis of actual operational data,the performance of this conveying method is evaluated,including aspects such as conveying capacity,conveying stability,and energy consumption.It also discusses the problems encountered during operation and corresponding solutions.The research results indicate that the positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying technology has significant advantages in the conveying of dry coke quenching dust,achieving efficient,stable,and environmentally friendly conveying.It provides a reliable technical solution for the handling of dust in the dry coke quenching production process.
