Determination of Zinc Content in Stainless Steel Dust by EDTA Complexometric Titration
为精准测定不锈钢除尘灰中的锌含量,解决铬(Cr3+/Cr6+)、镍(Ni2+)对 EDTA络合滴定的干扰问题,建立了"沉淀分离-还原-沉淀分离-掩蔽-滴定"的分析方法.样品经"盐酸-硝酸-高氯酸"体系酸溶后,采用抗坏血酸将 Cr6+还原为 Cr3+,再通过氨水沉淀分离 Cr3+、硫脲掩蔽 Ni2+,在 pH 5.5的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲体系中,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,用 EDTA标准溶液滴定.结果表明,该方法可有效消除铬、镍干扰,加标回收率为96.3%~104.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 0.14%~0.44%(n=6).方法操作简便、准确度高、精密度好,适用于不锈钢除尘灰中锌含量的常规检测.
To accurately determine the zinc content in stainless steel dust,and to address the interference of chromium(Cr3+/Cr6+)and nickel(Ni2+)in EDTA complexometric titration,an analytical method of"precipitation separation,reduction,precipitation separation,masking,and titration"was established.After the sample was acid-dissolved using a"hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid"system,Cr6+was reduced to Cr3+using ascorbic acid,followed by precipitation separation of Cr3+with ammonia,masking of Ni2+with thiourea,and titration with standard EDTA solution using xylenol orange as the indicator in an acetate-acetate buffer system at pH 5.5.The results showed that this method effectively eliminates the interference from chromium and nickel,with spiked recoveries ranging from 96.3%to 104.1%and a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.14%to 0.44%(n=6).The method is simple to operate,highly accurate,and precise,making it suitable for routine determination of zinc content in stainless steel dust.
