Tackling Key Problems in Bar Seamless Rolling Technology
棒材轧制一般有连轧、连铸直轧、无头焊接轧制等多种方式,其中国内多以连轧形式为主.而合适的轧制间隔可以有效地提高设备利用率,提升产量,降低生产成本,为企业带来巨大的经济效益.本文主要介绍棒材厂一棒线无间隔轧制技术调试过程中遇到的诸多问题,并结合实际生产情况对存在的问题进行攻关.
Bar rolling generally includes continuous rolling,continuous casting-direct rolling,endless welding and rolling,among which continuous rolling is the main form in China.Proper rolling interval can effectively improve equipment utilization,increase output,reduce production costs,and bring huge economic benefits to enterprises.This paper mainly introduces many problems encountered in the process of technical commissioning of non-interval rolling in the line NO.1 of Bar Steel Plant,and tackles the existing problems in combination with the actual production situation.
