针对单次铁粉沉铜协同除氯工艺中铜沉淀率仅为 80%、残铜难以回收的问题,本文提出"铁粉协同除氯沉铜+锌粉深度回收残铜"的两次沉铜工艺.本文以氧压浸出液经中和降酸后得到的低酸浸出液为研究对象,考察第一次沉铜时铁粉加量以及第二次沉铜时锌粉加量对低酸浸出液中铜、氯沉淀效果的影响.结果表明:在低酸浸出液体系中,第一次加入铁粉可使溶液中大部分的铜、氯沉淀,在铁粉加入系数为 1.4时,铁粉沉铜的铜沉淀率为 80.18%、氯脱除率为 40.47%,实现铜的初步回收与氯的有效脱除;第二次加入锌粉与残留的铜继续反应沉淀,锌粉沉铜率随锌粉加量的增加而上升,在锌粉加入系数为 1.3 时,铜沉淀率可达 96.14%,但锌粉的加入对氯的脱除基本无作用;两次沉铜的铜沉淀率较单次沉铜提高 17.04%,脱氯率基本无差异;两次沉铜工艺通过分阶段采用铁粉、锌粉两种还原剂,实现铜回收的最大化与氯脱除的高效化.

Addressing the issues of a copper precipitation rate of only 80%and the difficulty in recycling residual copper in the single-step iron powder-assisted copper precipitation and dechlorination process,this paper proposes a two-step copper precipitation process involving"iron powder-assisted copper precipitation and dechlorination+zinc powder deep recovery of residual copper".The study focuses on the low-acid leachate obtained after neutralizing and reducing the acidity of the oxygen pressure leachate.It investigates the effects of the amount of iron powder added during the first copper precipitation and the amount of zinc powder added during the second copper precipitation on the precipitation of copper and chlorine in the low-acid leachate.The results indicate that in the low-acid leachate system,adding iron powder for the first time can precipitate most of the copper and chlorine in the solution.When the iron powder addition coefficient is 1.4,the copper precipitation rate of iron powder-assisted copper precipitation is 80.18%,and the chlorine removal rate is 40.47%,achieving preliminary copper recovery and effective chlorine removal.The second addition of zinc powder continues to react and precipitate with the residual copper.The zinc powder copper precipitation rate increases with the increase in the amount of zinc powder added.When the zinc powder addition coefficient is 1.3,the copper precipitation rate can reach 96.14%,but the addition of zinc powder has little effect on chlorine removal.The copper precipitation rate in the two-step copper precipitation process is 17.04%higher than that in the single-step copper precipitation process,while the dechlorination rate remains essentially unchanged.The two-step copper precipitation process achieves maximum copper recovery and efficient chlorine removal by using iron powder and zinc powder as reducing agents in stages.
