本文围绕自动炼钢系统在钢铁工业中的应用展开深入探讨.现阶段广为应用的自动炼钢系统一般采用副枪+自动炼钢模型,通过模型计算和副枪的终点分析对模型不断进行修正和完善.本文重点阐述了在无副枪的条件下,采用音频化渣和自动炼钢模型的结合,通过理论建模和控制方案的创建实现了无副枪自动炼钢系统的应用,并在实践过程中取得了良好的效果.
This paper focuses on the application of automatic steelmaking system in iron and steel industry.At present,the widely used automatic steelmaking system generally adopts the sub-lance+automatic steelmaking model,which is constantly modified and improved by model calculation and the end point analysis of the auxiliary gun.This paper focuses on the application of the automatic steelmaking system without auxiliary gun by the combination of audio slag and automatic steelmaking model through theoretical modeling and the creation of control scheme,and has achieved good results in practice.
