江西某萤石矿工艺矿物学及浮选可选性研究OA
Process Mineralogy Analysis and Beneficiation Process Testing of a Fluorite Ore in Jiangxi
本研究以江西某萤石矿为对象,运用多元素分析、矿物参数自动分析系统(BPMA)进行了工艺矿物学研究,并结合浮选试验,对其可选性进行了系统评估.工艺矿物学研究结果表明,矿石CaF2 品位为40.37%,主要脉石矿物为石英、正长石、绢云母及高温钠长石;萤石主要以脉状形式赋存,其与脉石矿物的嵌布特征较为简单.在磨矿细度(-0.074 mm 占70%)与药剂制度(碳酸钠 1500 g/t、水玻璃 1500 g/t、油酸 200 g/t)优化条件下,经一粗五精一扫闭路流程处理,所得萤石精矿的 CaF2 品位和回收率分别达到 97.41%与 92.77%,根据 YB/T 5217-2019标准评价,该精矿达到了一级品(FC-97)等级,这为同类型资源的开发利用提供了技术参考.
This study investigated a fluorite deposit from Jiangxi Province using multi-element analysis and a Mineral Parameter Automatic Analysis system(BPMA)to conduct process mineralogy research,combined with flotation tests to systematically evaluate its beneficiation potential.The results of process mineralogy show that the CaF2 grade of the ore is 40.37%,and the main gangue minerals are quartz,orthoclase,sericite,and high-temperature albite.Fluorite mainly occurs in a vein-type form,and its intergrowth relationship with gangue minerals is relatively simple.Under the optimized conditions of grinding fineness(70%passing-0.074 mm)and reagent scheme(1500 g/t sodium carbonate,1500 g/t sodium silicate,and 200 g/t oleic acid),a closed-circuit flotation process consisting of one roughing,five cleaning,and one scavenging stage was adopted.A fluorite concentrate with a CaF2 grade of 97.41%and a recovery of 92.77%was obtained.According to the YB/T 5217-2019 standard,the concentrate meets the requirement of first-grade fluorite concentrate(FC-97).The results provide a technical reference for the development and utilization of similar fluorite resources.
