开采块段法在阶段矿房地质储量估算研究与应用OA
Research and Application of Block Mining Method in Geological Reserve Estimation of Stage Mine House
为解决传统储量估算方法与实际开采量偏差较大的问题,本文通过开采块段法基本原理、块段划分原则、储量估算公式及关键参数研究确定;以马坑铁矿 F2 下盘 115-190水平 21-2R 矿房为具体估算对象,基于地质勘探、开采技术及现场实测数据,采用水平投影和垂直投影两种方式进行块段划分与储量计算,并与实际开采动用地质储量对比验证.结果表明,21-2R 矿房在水平投影方式下开采块段法估算储量为15.41万吨,与实际储量 15.57万吨的相对误差仅 1.03%,采用与开采工艺布置巷道相结合的开采矿段法有效提升了矿房地质资源储量估算精度,为矿山生产决策提供可靠的地质数据支撑.
To address the significant discrepancy between traditional reserve estimation methods and actual mining volumes,this study establishes the mining block method through fundamental principles,block division criteria,reserve estimation formulas,and key parameter analysis.Using the 21-2R orebody in the F2 lower bench(115~190 level)of Makeng Iron Mine as a case study,we employ horizontal and vertical projection methods for block division and reserve calculation based on geological exploration data,mining technology,and field measurements.Comparative validation with actual mining geological reserves demonstrates that the horizontal projection method estimates the 21-2R orebody's reserves at 154,100 tons,showing only a 1.03%relative error compared to the actual 155,700 tons.The mining section method,integrated with mining process layout tunneling,significantly improves reserve estimation accuracy,providing reliable geological data support for mine production decision-making.
