猪传染性胸膜肺炎血清学调查和防控策略OA
Serological survey and prevention and control strategies of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia
为掌握上海市松江区猪场猪传染性胸膜肺炎(PCP)的流行现状,笔者采用ELISA方法对采集自松江区的 900 份猪血样进行PCP抗体检测,其中 196 份为阳性,阳性率为 21.8%.同时将阳性样本进行进一步检测,结果显示PCP与猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、伪狂犬病、猪圆环病毒 2 型感染、弓形虫病和衣原体病等疫病存在不同程度的混合感染.
In order to grasp the current situation of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia(PCP)in Songjiang district,Shanghai,the au-thor used ELISA method to detect PCP antibody in 900 blood samples of pigs collected from Songjiang district,196 cases were posi-tive,with a positive rate of 21.8%.At the same time,the positive samples were further detected,and the results showed that PCP was mixed with different degrees of infection of PRRS,pseudories,PCV2,toxoplasmosis and chlamydiosis.
