饲料中铜、锌、铅、砷、铬、镉的测定-电感耦合等离子体质谱法的建立与验证OA
Determination of copper,zinc,lead,arsenic,chromium,and cadmium in feed-Establishment and validation of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
为解决当前饲料中多元素检测标准分散、技术滞后的问题,本研究建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时测定饲料中铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)的分析方法.通过优化样品前处理条件和仪器参数,对方法的线性关系、检出限、定量限、准确度及精密度进行系统验证,并应用于实际样品检测.结果表明,该方法在特定浓度范围内线性关系良好(相关系数≥0.9997),各元素定量限分别为Cu 5 mg/kg、Zn 5 mg/kg、Pb 0.05 mg/kg、As 0.05 mg/kg、Cr 0.2 mg/kg、Cd 0.05 mg/kg,加标回收率为 83.8%~107.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 1.2%~8.4%.该方法高效、准确、可靠,可满足饲料质量安全监管需求,为饲料中多元素同步检测提供技术支撑.
To address the issues of scattered standards and outdated techniques in current feed multi-element detection,this study es-tablished an analytical method for simultaneous determination of copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),lead(Pb),arsenic(As),chromium(Cr),and cadmi-um(Cd)in feed using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).By optimizing sample pretreatment conditions and in-strument parameters,the method was systematically validated for linearity,detection limits,quantification limits,accuracy,and preci-sion,and applied to actual sample testing.The results showed that the method exhibited excellent linearity within a specific concen-tration range(correlation coefficient≥0.9997),with quantification limits of Cu 5 mg/kg,Zn 5 mg/kg,Pb 0.05 mg/kg,As 0.05 mg/kg,Cr 0.2 mg/kg,and Cd 0.05 mg/kg.The spiked recovery rate ranged from 83.8%to 107.6%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.2%to 8.4%.This method is efficient,accurate,and reliable,meeting the requirements for feed quality and safety supervision and providing technical support for simultaneous multi-element detection in feed.
