Long-term load reduction effect evaluation of high fill culverts

涵洞作为永久性工程,在长期填土荷载作用下,涵-土体系发生应力重分布,涵洞受力特性改变,减载效果也随之变化.为评价不同减载措施的减载效果,利用数值模拟对采用4种不同减载措施的高填方涵洞进行了为期600个月的模拟分析,通过层次分析法确定涵洞减载效果的评价指标,结合模糊物元法和熵值法得出各评价指标的综合权重,最后计算得出不同减载措施下工后各时间点的欧氏贴近度,对不同减载措施的整体减载效果进行了量化评价.结果发现:①综合权重占比最大的2项指标为涵顶中心竖向土压力和侧墙中部水平土压力;②4种减载措施中,减载式涵洞的整体减载效果最佳;③在填土完毕的前36个月内,4种减载措施的减载效果逐渐增强,优于填土结束时的减载效果;④第120个月为箱涵受力不利的时间段,此时4种减载措施下涵洞结构的受力状态均处于最差的阶段.研究结果可为高填方涵洞长期减载效果评价提供理论依据和工程参考.

As a permanent project,a culvert experiences stress redistribution in the culvert-soil system under long-term backfill loads,resulting in changes in the stress characteristics of the culvert and the load reduction effect.To evaluate the load reduction effect of different load reduction methods,numerical simulations were conducted for 600 months on high fill culverts under four different load reduction methods.The evaluation indicators for the load reduction effect of culverts were divided by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the comprehensive weights of evaluation indicators were obtained by combining the fuzzy matter-element method and the entropy method.Finally,the Euclidean nearness degree at different times under four load reduction methods was calculated,and the overall load reduction effect was quantitatively evaluated.The results are as follows:①The two items with the highest proportion of comprehensive weights are the vertical earth pressure at the center of culverts top and the horizontal earth pressure at the middle of sidewalls;②The overall load reduction effect of the load shedding culvert is the best among the four load reduction methods;③Within the first 36 months after filling,the load reduction effect of the four methods gradually increases,which is better than the load reduction effect at the end of filling;④ The 120th month is the time when the stress state of the culvert structure under the four load reduction methods is the worst.The research results can provide theoretical basis and engineering reference for the long-term load reduction effect evaluation of high fill culverts.
