为了优化杀伤链设计流程并提升多波次来袭下防空体系的作战能力,文中提出了基于博弈的多波次防空杀伤链优选算法.以海上对空反导防御作战为背景考虑敌方来袭目标的毁伤程度和我方防御资源消耗因素,以最大化总体毁伤概率、最小化武器价值以及防御资源剩余能力均衡为优化目标建立多波次防空杀伤链优选模型.由于优化目标之间存在武器资源竞争,因此以优化目标为博弈方建立非合作博弈模型,并设计了一种基于纳什均衡的禁忌遗传算法来进行求解.通过典型任务场景的算例仿真可知,最优纳什均衡值随迭代单调递减,获得了单波次、两波次、三波次来袭模式下的优选杀伤链方案.相较于不考虑剩余能力均衡的禁忌遗传算法,所提算法的各项指标均表现较好,可以有效求解多波次海上对空反导防御作战的杀伤链优选问题,为杀伤链设计流程的优化提供了理论支撑.

In order to optimize the design process of the kill chain and enhance the combat capability of the air defense system under multi-wave attacks,a multi-wave air defense kill chain optimization algorithm based on game theory is proposed.Based on the background of maritime anti-missile defense operations against the air,con-sidering the degree of damage to enemy incoming targets and the consumption of our defense resources,a multi-wave anti-aircraft kill chain optimization model is established with the optimization goals of maximizing the overall damage probability,minimizing the value of weapons,and balancing the remaining capacity of defense resources.Due to the competition for weapon resources among the optimization objectives,a non-cooperative game model is es-tablished with the optimization objective as the game party,and a tabu genetic algorithm based on Nash equilibrium is designed for solution.Through the simulation of typical task scenarios,it can be known that the optimal Nash equilibrium value monotonically decreases with iteration,and the preferred kill chain schemes under single-wave,two-wave,and three-wave attack modes have been obtained.Compared with the tabu genetic algorithm that does not consider the equilibrium of residual capabilities,the proposed algorithm performs better in all indicators and can effectively solve the kill chain optimization problem of multi-wave maritime anti-missile defense operations,provid-ing theoretical support for the optimization of the kill chain design process.
