使用多策略改进的哈里斯鹰优化算法OA
An Improved Harris Hawk Optimization Algorithm Using Multiple Strategies
针对哈里斯鹰算法易陷入局部最优且寻优精度不高的问题,文中提出了一种多策略改进的哈里斯鹰优化算法.在经典哈里斯鹰算法的基础上利用Circle混沌映射对种群进行初始化,以此提升初始种群的多样性.采用一种非线性能量因子的更新方式较好地平衡了所提算法的开发与探索过程.将柯西变异权重设为特定区间内的随机变量,该区间随迭代次数增加而变小,从而提升了种群在前期阶段的探索能力和后期阶段的搜索能力.引入一种基于正交设计的学习策略产生新个体作为学习对象,并在每次迭代结束前随机选择一个个体执行该策略,从而进一步提升所提算法的寻优能力.仿真实验结果表明,所提改进算法具有更高的寻优精度和较快的寻优速度,明显优于其他对比算法,在实际工程问题中具有较好的应用前景.
In view of the problems that the Harris hawks optimization is prone to fall into local optimum and has low optimization accuracy,a multi-strategy improved Harris hawks optimization is proposed.Based on the clas-sic Harris hawks optimization,the circle chaotic mapping is utilized to initialize the population,thereby enhancing the diversity of the initial population.A nonlinear energy factor update method is adopted to better balance the de-velopment and exploration process of the proposed algorithm.The Cauchy variation weight is set as a random vari-able within a specific interval,which decreases as the number of iterations increases,thereby enhancing the popula-tion's exploration ability in the early stage and search ability in the later stage.A learning strategy based on orthogo-nal design is introduced to generate new individuals as learning objects,and an individual is randomly selected to execute this strategy before the end of each iteration,thereby further enhancing the optimization ability of the pro-posed algorithm.The simulation experiment results show that the proposed improved algorithm has higher optimiza-tion accuracy and faster optimization speed,which is significantly better than other comparison algorithms and has a good application prospect in practical engineering problems.
