基于图像处理的植物叶片属性测量算法OA
Research of Leaf Properties Measurement Algorithm Based on Image Processing
植物叶片是植物光合与蒸腾的主要器官,植物的生长环境、健康状况均与叶片大小有关.利用植物叶片的特征属性可对植物进行分类.为了计算植物叶片的面积和周长,文中提出了一种基于图像处理的叶片属性测量算法,对植物叶片图像进行增强、滤波等预处理来提高图像质量以及减少噪声影响,并利用最大类间方差法进行图像分割后提取叶片边缘轮廓、叶片目标区域.针对目标区域出现空洞点问题,通过形态学运算去除空洞点提取叶片的全部区域,统计像素个数获取叶片面积.基于叶片轮廓和链码方向码计算周长属性,提高周长测量的准确度.实验结果表明,所提算法能够正确测量植物叶片属性,测量精度较高,对不同植物种类均具有适用性.
Plant leaves are the main organs for photosynthesis and transpiration in plants.The growth environ-ment and health condition of plants are related to the size of their leaves.Plants can be classified based on the char-acteristic attributes of their leaves.In order to calculate the area and circumference of plant leaves,a leaf attribute measurement algorithm based on image processing is proposed.The plant leaf images are preprocessed such as en-hancement and filtering to improve the image quality and reduce the influence of noise.The leaf edge contour and leaf target area are extracted after image segmentation using the maximum between-to-class variance method.To address the issue of hollow points in the target area,morphological operations are used to remove the hollow points and extract the entire area of the leaf.The number of pixels is counted to obtain the leaf area.The perimeter attribute is calculat-ed based on the blade profile and chain code direction code to improve the accuracy of perimeter measurement.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can accurately measure the attributes of plant leaves,has high measurement accuracy,and is applicable to different plant species.
