智能经济新形态下就业友好型发展方式的现实挑战与实现路径OACHSSCD

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and other technologies,the smart economy,as a new economic form,is taking shape at an accelerated pace and exerting an impact on China's current labor market.On the basis of sorting out the theoretical connotations of the smart econo-my and the employment-friendly development pattern,this paper constructs a systematic framework for an employment-friendly development pattern un-der the new form of the intelligent economy from five dimensions:industry,human resources,institutions,technology and space.It further analyzes the practical challenges faced by the employment-friendly development pattern in these five dimensions.Drawing on international and domestic practical ex-perience,this paper proposes pathways to realize an employment-friendly development pattern under the new form of the smart economy from six as-pects:policy coordination,skill training,social security,intelligent governance,coordinated regional development,and the fostering of a social ecosys-tem.This paper provides theoretical support and policy references for achieving high-quality and full employment in the era of the smart economy.
