计及经济-可靠性的主动配电网移相变压器协同规划OA

随着新型电力系统的深入建设,用户对供电可靠性的要求日益提高.单芯不对称移相变压器(SAPST)为负荷不间断转供提供了关键技术,但含移相变压器的规划常忽略合环操作冲击电流对系统可靠性的威胁.针对此问题,提出了一种计及经济-可靠性的主动配电网SAPST协同规划方法.首先,建立SAPST的等效模型,并引入分区故障恢复策略以提升供电连续性.其次,将合环电流约束引入可靠性评估框架,提出了计及合环电流惩罚的改进指标,使评估结果更能反映实际运行风险.在此基础上,构建了上层以最小化投资成本为目标,下层以最小化运行成本与可靠性成本为目标的双层优化模型,并采用二阶锥规划算法进行求解.基于改进的IEEE 33节点系统的算例分析表明,所提方法能够在保证经济性的同时显著抑制合环电流,并提升供电可靠性,验证了该方法在实现主动配电网协同优化方面的可行性与有效性.

With the in-depth construction of the new power system,user demand for supply reliability is continuously increasing.The single-core asymmetric phase-shifting transformer(SAPST)provides a key technology for the uninterrupted power transfer of loads.However,the planning with phase-shifting transformers often ignores the threat posed by the inrush current of the loop-closing operation to system reliability.To address this issue,a collaborative planning method for SAPST in active distribution networks considering economy and reliability is proposed.Firstly,an equivalent model of SAPST is established,and a partitioned fault restoration strategy is introduced to improve power supply continuity.Secondly,loop-closing current constraints are incorporated into the reliability evaluation framework,and improved indices considering loop-closing current penalty are put forward,enabling the evaluation results to better reflect actual operation risks.On this basis,a bi-level optimization model is constructed,in which the upper layer aims to minimize the investment cost and the lower layer targets the minimization of operation cost and reliability cost.The second-order cone programming algorithm is adopted to solve the model.Case analysis based on the modified IEEE 33-bus system shows that the proposed method can significantly suppress loop-closing current and enhance power supply reliability while ensuring economy,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method in realizing the collaborative optimization of active distribution networks.
