基于动态事件触发机制的虚拟电厂资源一致性调控策略OA
Resource Consistency Regulation Strategy for Virtual Power Plant Based on Dynamic Event-triggered Mechanism
随着可再生能源装机容量的不断提升,新型电力系统亟待挖掘用户侧可调节资源参与电网电能量、电压、频率等的调节.虚拟电厂通过采用商业手段或技术手段聚合用户侧可调节资源,可有效参与电网调节,降低电力系统建设备用的成本.为解决传统虚拟电厂集中式直控方法给虚拟电厂运营商平台带来的高计算调度压力,提出基于动态事件触发机制的虚拟电厂分布式可调节资源一致性调控策略,在实现虚拟电厂聚合的用户侧分布式可调节资源的分布式一致性调控的同时,避免了一致性算法实时通信带来的通信冗余.此外,通过动态事件触发机制的设计,避免了虚拟电厂聚合资源数目增加时,常规事件触发算法性能的显著下降.由仿真结果可知,所提算法可将8、16台分布式可调节资源虚拟电厂场景下资源间通信时间间隔从0.37 ms延长至16 ms以上,使得算法具备无线通信可行性.
With the continuous increase in installed capacity of renewable energy sources,there is an urgent need for new power systems to tap into adjustable resources on the user side for regulating grid parameters such as electric energy,voltage,and frequency.By employing commercial or technical means to aggregate adjustable resources on the user side,virtual power plants(VPPs)can effectively participate in grid regulation and reduce the costs associated with constructing reserve capacity in power systems.To address the high computational and scheduling pressure imposed on the platforms of VPP operators by traditional centralized direct-control methods,a consistency regulation strategy of distributed adjustable resources for VPPs based on a dynamic event-triggered mechanism is proposed.This strategy achieves distributed consistency regulation of user-side distributed adjustable resources aggregated by the VPP while avoiding communication redundancy caused by real-time communication of consistency algorithms.Additionally,the design of the dynamic event-triggered mechanism prevents a significant decline in the performance of conventional event-triggered algorithms as the number of aggregated resources in the VPP increases.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can extend the communication time interval between resources from 0.37 ms to over 16 ms in scenarios involving 8 and 16 distributed adjustable resources within the VPP,thereby rendering the algorithm feasible for wireless communication applications.
