配电网阻塞管理中公共建筑灵活性利用与市场分布式出清方法OA
Utilization of Public Building Flexibility for Distribution Network Congestion Management and Method for Distributed Market Clearing
针对分布式能源广泛接入引发的配电网线路和电压阻塞问题,利用建筑用能热惯性的灵活调节潜力,提出一种配电网阻塞管理中公共建筑灵活性利用及分布式灵活性市场出清方法.首先,构建包含配电系统运营商、灵活性聚合商和建筑用户的分布式灵活性市场 3 层架构,基于日前建筑集群与微网系统能量管理方案,通过潮流分析定位线路过载与节点低电压,获取灵活性需求.其次,聚合用户灵活性资源,构建兼顾配电系统运营商和灵活性聚合商利益的分布式灵活性市场出清模型,并采用交替方向乘子法分布式出清,仅交互耦合边界优化变量以保护用户隐私.该算法可同步优化灵活性价格与功率,制定合理交易方案.算例表明,所提方法可有效缓解配电网阻塞,并为聚合商及用户带来灵活性服务收益.
To address the issues of line congestion and voltage congestion in distribution network caused by the wide-spread integration of distributed energy resources,a method for utilizing the flexibility of public buildings and a clear-ing method for the distribution-level flexibility market(DFM)in distribution network congestion management are pro-posed,which take advantage of the flexible regulation potential of thermal inertia of building energy use.First,a three-layer architecture of DFM involving a distribution system operator(DSO),flexibility aggregators and building users is constructed.Based on the day-ahead energy management scheme for building clusters and microgrid systems,the line overload and node voltage drop are identified through power flow analysis,and the flexibility demand is obtained.Sec-ond,the users'flexibility resources are aggregated to construct a DFM clearing model that balances the interests of both the DSO and the flexibility aggregators,and a distributed clearing method based on the alternating direction meth-od of multipliers(ADMM)is adopted,where only the optimization variables of the coupled boundary are exchanged to protect the user privacy.The flexibility prices and power can be synchronously optimized,so as to formulate a reason-able trading plan.The result of a case study demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively alleviate congestion in distribution network and bring flexibility service benefits to aggregators and users.
