作为清除直流故障电流的关键设备,直流断路器拓扑结构复杂、组部件众多,在工程应用中失灵概率更高、失灵场景也呈现多样化.为此,本文提出针对直流断路器失灵的故障隔离方法并分析其在嵌入式柔性直流系统的适用性.首先,分析 3 种不同直流断路器的拓扑结构,总结出不同组件失灵时的直流断路器外特性,并提出直流断路器运行状态监测算法及失灵工况分级判据,将直流断路器运行状态分为正常动作、微弱失灵和严重失灵.其次,根据直流断路器运行状态,提出包括换流器短时闭锁、跳交流断路器等的差异化后备故障隔离方案.然后,结合江苏电网发展特色,分析嵌入式直流系统的特征及所提方法在该直流系统中的适用性.仿真结果表明,所提直流断路器运行状态监测方法能够准确区分直流断路器的运行状态,后备故障隔离方案能够及时清除故障电流并完成功率转供,保证系统在直流故障下的安全运行.

As a key device for clearing the DC fault current,the DC circuit breaker(DCB)has a complex topology and numerous components.As a result,its failure probability in engineering applications is higher,and the corresponding failure scenarios are also diverse.To solve these problems,a fault isolation method for DCB failures is proposed,and its applicability in an embedded DC system is analyzed.First,three different DCB topologies are analyzed,and their ex-ternal characteristics under different component failures are summarized.A monitoring algorithm for DCB operation sta-tuses is proposed,and an identification criterion for classifying failures is formulated,which classifies the DCB opera-tion statuses into normal operation,slight failure and severe failure.Second,according to the DCB operation statuses,different backup fault isolation schemes are proposed,such as short-time blocking of converter and AC circuit breaker tripping.Third,with the combination of the development features of Jiangsu power grid,the characteristics of the em-bedded DC system are analyzed,and the applicability of the proposed method in this DC system is examined.Simula-tion results prove that the proposed DCB operation status monitoring method can accurately distinguish the operation sta-tuses.The backup fault isolation scheme can clear the fault current in time and complete the transfer of DC power in the embedded DC system to AC transmission lines,ensuring the safe operation of the system under DC faults.
