超大城市低空可利用空间构建方法研究OA
Research on the Construction Methods for Usable Low-altitude Space in Megacities
低空空间是低空经济活动的核心载体,科学构建可利用低空空间资源是推动低空经济高质量发展的关键任务.从测绘的角度出发,立足低空空间的自然资源特性,依托实体化、立体化、真实化的实景三维上海建设成果,对低空支撑要素和低空影响要素进行分类和组织、建模和可视化,提出了可变尺度的低空空间基底理念,形成了超大城市可利用低空空间构建和动态更新方法,在此基础上阐述了低空空间的四维分割利用规则.研究可为低空空间资源的安全高效利用提供支撑.
Low-altitude space is the core carrier of low-altitude economic activities,and scientific construction of usable low-altitude space resources is a key task to promote the high-quality development of low-altitude economy.Based on the natural resource attributes of low-altitude space and relying on the construction achievements of 3D real scene Shanghai,we classified,organized,modeled,and visualized low-altitude supporting elements and low-altitude influence elements.Then,we proposed the concept of low-altitude space base with variable scale,and formed a method for constructing and dynamically updating usable low-altitude space in megacities.Finally,we expounded the four-dimensional division and utilization rules of low-altitude space.The research in this paper can provide support for the safe and efficient utilization of low-altitude space resources.
