甘肃北山扫子山辉长闪长岩成因及地质意义OA
The petrogenesis and geological significance of the Saozishan gabbro diorite in the Beishan area,Gansu Province
为了进一步理解中亚造山带红石山地区的幔源岩浆作用和区域构造演化,对红石山西段扫子山辉长闪长岩开展了LA-ICP-MS锆石 U-Pb定年、全岩主微量元素及Sr-Nd同位素分析,探讨了岩石成因及地质意义.扫子山辉长闪长岩的锆石 U-Pb年龄为327.3±2.4 Ma,代表其结晶年龄,属于早石炭世.样品具有较低的SiO2(45.72%~55.40%)和较高的 MgO(4.18%~5.43%),明显富集 Rb、K等大离子亲石元素,亏损 Nb、Ta等高场强元素,以及轻稀土富集、重稀土亏损的右倾稀土模式,弱的负 Eu异常(Eu/Eu*=0.77~0.99).全岩初始87Sr/86Sr比值为0.704109~0.704911,εNd(t)值介于-2.0~+2.1.这些岩石和地球化学特征表明,扫子山辉长闪长岩起源于俯冲交代的尖晶石二辉橄榄岩源区,在侵位过程中没有经历地壳混染作用.结合红石山地区的岩浆活动历史,我们认为扫子山辉长闪长岩形成于红石山有限洋盆向南俯冲的活动大陆边缘背景,表明古亚洲洋的俯冲持续至早石炭世.
To understand mantle-derived magmatism and tectonic evolution in the Hongshishan area of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt,this study presents LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb ages,whole-rock major and trace element geochemistry,and Sr-Nd isotopic data from the Saozishan gabbro-diorites in Beishan,Gansu Province.The zircon U-Pb age of 327.3±2.4 Ma represents the crystallization age.The samples exhibit low SiO2(45.72%~55.40%)and moderate MgO contents(4.18%~5.43%),with significant enrichment in large-ion lithophile elements(LILEs;e.g.,Rb and K),depletion in high field strength elements(HFSEs;e.g.,Nb and Ta),and right-dipping REE patterns featuring light REE enrichment and heavy REE depletion,with weak negative Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu*=0.77~0.99).Initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios(0.704109~0.704911)and εNd(t)values(-2.0 to+2.1)indicate that the gabbro-diorites were derived from a spinel lherzolite mantle source with negligible crustal contamination.These features suggest that the Saozishan gabbro-diorites formed in a continental arc setting induced by the southward subduction of the Hongshishan Ocean,implying that subduction of the Paleo-Asian Ocean continued into the Early Carboniferous.
