高层次专业化乡村振兴金融人才培养机制研究OA

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Com-munist Party of China,based on the overall strategy of comprehensively building a modern socialist power,made strategic arrangements to accelerate agricultural and rural modernization and solidly promote comprehensive rural revitalization.To co-ordinate the implementation of the central government's strategy for building a strong country,a commercial bank urgently needs to strengthen the construction of its financial professional talent team and carry out pilot training programs for high-level specialized financial talents for rural revitalization.Focusing on the needs of serving comprehensive rural revitalization during the"15th Five-Year Plan"peri-od,this study systematically reviews the practical experiences of professional talent training in the financial industry at home and abroad,comprehensively summarizes the achievements and highlights of a commercial bank in training high-level special-ized financial talents for rural revitalization,and constructs an integrated training scheme of"Party building guidance,business foundation strengthening,and practi-cal efficiency improvement."This provides a practical path for commercial banks to strengthen the construction of rural financial talent teams and contribute to com-prehensive rural revitalization.
